Morning

  • 8:00 AM: Meet your guide and begin your journey into the Dong Van Karst Plateau.
  • Stop at Bac Sum Pass, the gateway to the Ha Giang Loop, famous for its winding mountain roads and panoramic views.
  • Continue via Quyet Tien to Ban Thang Village, a peaceful valley home to the Bo Y ethnic community and traditional rice farming.
  • Experience authentic village life through hands-on cultural activities:
    • Make traditional Bánh Dày (sticky rice cake)
    • Learn how local corn wine is brewed and enjoy a tasting
    • Harvest seasonal vegetables (depending on the season)
    • Relax in the natural stream
    • Enjoy traditional mountain tea with your hosts

Lunch

  • Enjoy a home-cooked lunch with a local family in Ban Thang Village.

Afternoon

  • Travel to Poje Village in Quan Ba.
  • Join a Traditional Indigo Dyeing Workshop, where you'll discover one of the oldest textile traditions in Northern Vietnam.

Evening

  • Check in at a homestay in Nam Dam Village.
  • Optional Dao Herbal Bath for relaxation (150,000 VND per person).
  • Dinner featuring traditional local cuisine.
  • Experience the Dao Cap Sac Ceremony, an important coming-of-age ritual of the Dao people.
  • Overnight in Nam Dam.

  • Continue along the Dong Van Karst Plateau, stopping at:

  • Lunch at Hoa Da Restaurant in Sa Phin.

Afternoon

  • Visit either:
    • Lo Lo Chai Village, located at the foot of Lung Cu Flag Tower and home to the Lo Lo ethnic community, or
    • Then Pa Village, a peaceful village offering a more off-the-beaten-path cultural experience.
  • Arrive in Dong Van Old Quarter and check in at Dong Van Ville Du H'Mong Hotel.

Evening

  • Dinner at a local restaurant featuring regional cuisine.
  • Enjoy free time to explore Dong Van Old Quarter, where you can sample local street food such as sweet rice dumplings, tofu pudding, grilled specialties, and seasonal snacks.
  • Overnight in Dong Van.

Morning

  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel.
  • Travel along the famous Happiness Road.
  • Stop at the breathtaking Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam's most spectacular mountain roads.
  • Enjoy a scenic boat trip on the Nho Que River, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs.

  • Lunch at Mong Lodge Restaurant in Pa Vi Village.

Afternoon

  • Begin the return journey to Ha Giang.
  • Stop at the iconic M-shaped Curve for photos and panoramic views.
  • Enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea in Quan Ba before continuing to Ha Giang City.
  • Arrive in Ha Giang around 5:00 PM, where your guide will bid you farewell and conclude the journey.
